Workout Therapy .... Facial Therapy

既然她更愿意跟着婆婆,我也乐得清静,争取时间Workout,希望能减去一点点产后多出来的十公斤肥肉!

运动,其实是一种很好的减压方法,在会所的GYM里做了45-60分钟的运动,出了一身大汗,好像一周的压力和前两天的烦闷都没了。

做完运动,再去做Facial,通淋巴,适当地Pamper一下自己,整个人轻松了。

一周下来不管如何忙碌,能有这样的一天,能量又回来!

missed the days that we shopped together... haha. now, i can only say that to myself, even i am still in hk, i don't think you and i have time to shop like before anymore.... silly, huh?! haha
